• Custom team building programs

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation policies:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 14-29 days notice: 50% of total fee
• Less than 14 days notice: No refund

All materials, content, and methodologies used in our services are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be held liable for:

• Personal injury during activities
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Third-party claims
• Force majeure events

We maintain comprehensive business insurance. Clients are advised to ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for their participants.
